Install Moto G4 Apps on older Motorola devices


Lenovo Moto G4 is a new device introduced to the public with temporary configuration parameters for the best mid-range segment on the market. However, with new devices often users are interested in software improvements, but old devices are left unattended after sales.

The new Moto G4 has a ton of improvements like a new camera interface, a new file manager app, animations on device startup, and more. But all the software improvements work to make it easier for users to pay. Better experience and here’s why Moto G4 popular now after its release. With stock apps there is a workaround. Below you will find download links and instructions on how to install Moto G4 Apps by Lenovo Moto Wood on an old Moto device you already own. Note that some utilities require your device to be Root, unlock bootloader, and install TWRP.

Installation Instructions

  1. First, make sure you have an unlocked, rooted Motorola device and have TWRP or CWM custom recovery. If not, look in the android tips section of for instructions and installation instructions.
  2. Next, download the required flashable ZIP file to the respective app, and transfer it to your phone. If you chose to install the flashable ZIP version, continue, and if you chose to install the apk version, then install it as a normal APK file.
  3. Once transferred, turn off your phone, and boot into Recovery mode, by holding down the specific button combination. Once in TWRP or CWM, locate the ZIP file, and confirm the installation.
  4. This process can take some time, and once done, reboot your device.

That’s it, you’ve now modified your old Moto device to a newer and better version!
